I attended the first “WedFest” at the beautiful Pitmedden Garden on Saturday, and despite a shower of rain to keep us all on our toes in the morning – it was a GREAT day, full of brilliant suppliers full of ideas and examples of their work to help you create a memorable wedding day! If there’s one thing Without A Hitch know how to do, its how to pull off a fantastic event!
For me these events are great for meeting other suppliers in the industry, catching up with people I already know, and meeting new faces and new businesses. There was a huge range of suppliers at the event, from Ice Cream (highly recommend the mojito sorbet by the way!) to the most amazing teepees, to wedding cakes, bridal gowns, stationers, fascinators, photographers and everything in between, including two very chilled our alpacas!!
Under The Tepee - I think I want this permanently in my garden!!
The lovely Julie, from Heritage Boutique
My “neighbours” within the sailcloth marquee, which was from Aurora Events were the lovely Vicky from Paperoo Stationery on one side – always lovely to chat to Vicky and see her wonderful work; and the girls from From Forty Five who had brought along a fabulous rose gold hen party set up – the metallic balloons were gorgeous! This was their first exhibition, and they did a great job, their stand looked amazing, I’m just gutted I forgot to get a photo at their sparkly backdrop!

There were lots of lovely brides in attendance, it was great to meet so many of you. Its lovely to hear all about everyones plans for their weddings – even the ones who have their photographers booked already!
